Be aware that Augusta Transit & in particular Katherine that drives bus1603 has some type of issues with disabled passengers & has on more than one occasion shown that to a disabled veteran. Perhaps she would be better suited to another line of work not deal with the public.

Unbeknownst to her Mrs.Brenda Burnett and no way she could have known that I was having a really emotional day. Also it was my first time back on public transportation after 6 years. Therefore I had no real idea of how to get where I was going. From the moment I stepped on her bus I was greeted with a smile and hello and witnessed her do the same with numerous customers. You can tell her regulars was so delighted to be on her bus. I asked one question but she offered me so many solutions and even took the time to show me alternate options. Her main concern was everybody safety by making sure everyone whom stepped on her bus had their mask on. I have utilized public transportation a lot over the years however but I was yet to see Customer Service at this level!
