Although they have some really nice properties and really friendly staff, beware of their bait tactics with advertisements of low property prices when in reality 99% of their inventory won't represent the starting price advertised in emails and ads. If you rsvp one of their private showings and drive or fly really far, be prepared for values that don't represent these low advertised prices, and they will not divulge any info ahead of time. Also beware of their fear of missing out (fomo) sales scam tactics with walky talkies where everyone is taking properties off the market in a frenzied manner. Don't make a rash decision, get all the info on the lot you are purchasing before signing a contract. Our lot we signed a contract on doesn't even have plats recorded with the City yet and we are waiting in limbo to close even though they have our earnest money. Not to mention the electricity that is supposed to be on the property has barely finished the engineering stages, no telling when this will get installed. I will update this review as things progress. Be warned!

THAT IS JUST THE COST OF THE LAND!$ THATS IN THE DEVELOPMENT AREA " NOT ON THE LAKE WATERFRONT IS MORE MONEY USUALLY $65000 & UP FOR WATERFRONT LOTS REGARDS
