I signed up for a class at the range on 8/6/2022. The class was for 8:30 AM. I arrived at 8:29AM and every door was locked at the range. I knocked on each of them several times, no one opened. I called the phone number, no answer. I emailed them, no response. I stuck around knocking on doors until 8:50 AM when I gave up and drove back home. I wasted over an hour including driving on this appointment, gas money, and haven't yet received a response if I will receive a refund. Edit: the response below is innacurate, I arrived at 8:29. Also I have received a refund from the business.

I don’t typically give reviews, but the staff consistently displays an unparalleled, customer-focused service. Steven is a stellar example of this ideology put to practice; he can sell you a Smith & Wesson, teach you how to use it proficiently, then add on your choice of spicy accessories as a gunsmith. The atmosphere is relaxed but safety is ALWAYS paramount, which is my primary concern in any range. Cleanliness of the shop is always top-shelf, and the valuable advice is free flowing (often surpassing “premium” content found on the internet). If you have any questions pertaining to gear: see Ian. Mike is the man to request with AR15-related inquiries (disclaimer: his time is in high demand but well worth the wait). Difficult to discern members from the crowd as everyone is polite and helpful. While I do love Tac Night, Sunday is my favorite day at The Range!

our lane rates are $19.99 per day for an individual or $29.99/day for two people shooting together. shotguns are allowed, but you must shoot either slug or wadded backshot

No, it is a true simulator. Not live fire. We have laser guns with it and recoil guns. No real firearms allowed in the room.
