For such an important service that we are being forced to use with no alternatives it's really surprising how horribly they run things. They don't answer the phone and the voicemail stays full, the probationers tend to be incredibly rude and even disrespectful, have no appreciation of clients needs, you can't even make a payment online because they changed the website to a page that never loads and worst of all they're scamming people that can't do anything about it. I was sentenced by the judge to pay $1,100. On my first visit they said I owe them $2,300 and when I asked why they claimed it's their service fees... This is a horrible business and they NEED oversight if they're going to be tasked with collecting money for the court because they are taking advantage of the situation.
