It was a good buying experience. Casey, the salesperson was knowledgeable about what was available in the unusual size mattress we wanted, and didn’t try to upsale us, and made sure we got all the sale prices and discounts available. The mattress hasn’t been delivered yet, so I can’t comment on that experience, but we’re expecting good things.
