Didn't feel safe shopping at this Kohl's. There was people there stealing merchandise left and right. Just had to hurry and get out of there. Felt like something bad ready to happen. Will not shop there again.

Check out line set up is a little awkward and the process is slow. Not much of a selection of jeans for us who are Big and Tall.

I absolutely love Kohl's and their amazing deals. Kohl's cash! Gimme gimme! They can be a little disheveled and messy, but I've worked retail and it's no joke. The constant that is upsetting is the rampant and blatant thefts. I'm saddened to see people with arm fulls is merch running out, almost every time and at every Kohl's I visit. I know it's not Kohl's fault, but it seems like I see it here more than anywhere else. Be better people!

I did an Amazon return at Kohl's, I am thankful to have this as an option! It wasn't too far & it was free! To return to another site would have cost me $6.00. There was a line, but the employee was working as fast as possible. She had alot of returns including Kohl's returns. She was very professional & friendly even though she was obviously very busy. I am very grateful for her help & courtesy & that she showed up to work 👍🏽👏🏽☺️! Ty
