This was my first time at this Kohl's and I wasn't impressed. I was looking for some dress shirts and the selection was pretty weak. The employees are great, but just not enough selection.

Just looked up a brand of shoes and was directed to Kohls. They not only didn't have the shoes, their shelves were empty. Will never go there again.

I agree with Brock. I am willing to bet that YOU were the problem and not the employee since your question clearly displays that you're a dolt.
I have before so I would say yes
Masks are required to enter the building and while in the store they ask to maintain social distancing. As far as capacity, I believe they are operating on limited capacity but this Kohl's is usually not that busy so I have never had to wait in line to get in.
I dont know for certain, have you tried Albertsons or walgreens,
All Kohl's stores as far as I know have closed at 11 p.m. was it a holiday? Not sure why it would have been closed that early.
