Lets talk about their return policy real quick... Bought three pairs of briefs and needed to return due to the sizing and running small. Went to the store and wasn't able to return one pair that I tried on as they stated "its been opened". How else would one try on a pair? Sizing chart the associate referenced on the back... I was wearing a pair of 32x30 prahna pants that were loose yet the 30-32 pair of briefs were extremely tight. Goes to show sizing charts and sizes dont really account for much these days. Moving on... they then state that its not how the manufacturer sent the item as I had to remove one small round sticker to open the box. Seeing as how every clothing item in the store was sent in an individual bag with tissue paper etc., means that every item essentially cannot be returned due to "their policy" as its not in the same original packaging as sent from the manufacturer. So its a pick and choose at their pleasure as to what can be returned and what cannot be returned. More of the good for me and not for thee mentality. Heaven forbid you go home, open that box of new shoes and pull that paper out of the shoe........ NON RETURNABLE, dont try on that bathing suit or swim trunks or t-shirt or anything else as it was shipped in a bag from the manufacturer, they opened the bag to put it on a hanger to showcase and essentially sealed your fait of not being able to return that item if it doesn't fit due to irregularity in sizing. Policy is pick and choose at discretion of the manager and therefore its more of a power trip and screw the customer statement they have taped to the counter near the register...

Great store, great selection, great customer service. The store manager Zach let me try on everything and gave me all the time I needed to find what worked for me. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything. A very relaxed and friendly place to do business. I always shop local when I can but the fact their prices were the same as one of the big online footwear vendors didn't hurt my feelings. If you need hiking books or anything else for the outdoors this is the store to visit first. And if you're looking for an excellent hiking boot do yourself a favor and try the Salomon X Ultra 3 Mid GTX. I crushed Grandfather Mountain in a pair of those bad boys.
