Absolutely loved this place, the climb isn't too bad (approx 4 miles) and the trails are awesome.. There is something for every skill level. The new jumbo shrimp trail is fast and flowy. The jumpline is so well done and can help you build skill. Definite visit if you are in the area and are into. Mountain biking..

Great trail system and soon to open pump track. Playground is great for the kids.

Great time as always. Got there before 7am and had the place to myself. Thanks to all for the great work on the trails

A beautiful park to hike and bike. There's a playground at the back of the drive.

Fall Creek Cabins are very near by and a great place to stay
I wish I knew! You’ll have to check it out when you visit.
You can do either but I would say that you will.have to work more on a HT in terms of paying attention cause it is fast and tech
Yes
Boone Bike and Magic Cycles are the local shops give them a ring.
There are no bike rentals at Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park. We suggest you reach out to Magic Cycles to reserve a bike rental - (828) 265-2211 magiccycles.com
Check out Boone Bike, Rhoddie Bicycle Outfitters, or Magic Cycles for rentals.

Yes at Magic Cycles downtown or Boone bike near New Market center
No but nearby shops like boone bike have pretty good rentals
I don't know of anything nearby.. but elk knob isn't a long drive and has camping great place to see also
There is no reason to not check it out, but it can be quite steep. There is a pumptrack at the bottom that is a good place to gain skills and there is a beginner skills area on the way up the mountain (after a relatively short climb) that would be a good place to start. I'm not familiar with other trails in the area but it looks like there is some good variety at the Kerr Scott Trails in Wilkesboro as well if you want to try some other trails as well.
No it is an advanced mountain bike trail with large obstacles. It is also known for having one of the most dangerous "skinny" bridges in the state.
