Had an emergency situation.. lost my glasses &needed them same day to work. Came across this business &decided to try it out despite some of the reviews. Let me just say the staff today(Friday, 10/7/22) was amazing, very laid back, attentive, and hospitable. They went above and beyond for me, being that the man who makes the lenses was off today so the young man in the back called the beach location to ask if they would start on my lenses, which they said they would. The MOD was just as sweet, she tried to help me find a coupon and all bc I had to pay out pocket. Dr. Pham was very patient bc eye tests aren’t the easiest, imo. Great place… Thank y’all again for all of your help!

Absolutely the WORST company to ever deal with. Can you say fraud? Can you say ripoff? Can you speak to management and still get nothing done? The optometrist is the only thing good about this company. They said my contacts are free with my insurance company, placed the order. I call and call finally finding out I am being billed over a thousand dollars based on my insurance. I declined, they said they are being shipped and cannot call the manufacturer to cancel, wait to receive and return. They were NOT shipped at that time, still processing. Another few days and I get notice shipping late has been created - they would have been able to cancel but chose not to or were too lazy or wanted to scam and get the money that I never would have approved, so called back as not shipped but shipping label made, they say nothing they could do until product received and then to return. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They said this is not fraud because I placed the order but NO ONE GOT ANY AUTHORIZATION FROM ME TO PAY THAT CRAZY AMOUNT, OFFER DIFFERENT CONTACTS OR ANYTHING ELSE. Kenyatta the store manager, no help all. Terry in corporate, no help at all.

They do not share with you that the eye exam and the glasses are separate.. the exam is $79 then the glasses are $89 also you are not guaranteed to get your glasses same day.. if I wasn’t in a rush from my glasses being broke I would have just gone to America’s best.. we’re ya glasses and exam are both included in price .. also the staff is rude and when speaking with the manager she will tell you that the staff doing the exam doesn’t say anything because there separate ..
