Had a great time up there Dan is a great guy loved all the things he had up there. And guys got some really good stories but if u are wanting a fun trail experience hit this place up and there's a bar restaurant right next door great food and great people definitely be back.

We had a fantastic experience. Dan was super helpful and very easy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the trails and surrounding area. I would definitely rent from Happy trails again.

We came to Michigan for a Christmas vacation with the kids. They wanted a white Christmas. One of our activities got canceled, so we started call places for ATV. To our surprise, one of the places we called was Happy Trails. Dan was very nice when he called to explain the details about the snowmobile. YES! Snowmobile. We had never done snowmobiles before. We are Puertorrican from Texas and never in a million years we thought we would be doing snowmobile and have a great time at it. Dan's place is located in front of a natural forest reserve and that is where we rode our snowmobiles. We highly recommend this place.

Very poor customer service! Was told immediately the two machines we rented had some issues, "but only two machines that are working". When one machine blew a belt on the trail it took 30 minutes to get a call back and 2 1/2 hours for someone to get to us. When we asked Casey for his number before we hit the trails in case we had problems, his response was, "I will give it to you, but don't use it, I have a funeral". After paying $769 for machine rental, I would expect better machines and improved customer service. I attempted to call the owner, Dan, to discuss the above issues and received no return call.
