i ran into someone who used to live here right before i did and they told me they paid a little over $500 a month … i pay $825 with zero upgrades. a $300 raise in rent. to say that’s outrageous is an understatement. do not let them scam you like they got me. & they also told me my laundry was in the basement and i come to find out (from a neighbor i was never even told this by management) it’s OUTSIDE in a separate building. the unit i toured was significantly more upgraded than what i live in how (not even appliance wise- the other unit was just in general much nicer than where im at now like paint job and bedroom closet for a few examples). not worth the price AT ALL. i knew coming in it wasn’t gonna be nice because i had to make a last minute move and didn’t have many options but i did not think it was this going to be this bad.

My boyfriend and I have been looking at apartments for awhile now. We spoke on the phone with Kayla who answered all of our questions and concerns. She was so nice and helpful, we then scheduled a tour and she was even nicer in person! Kayla made our experience wonderful and we will be in contact with her again.

Love how much open space and room there is both inside my apartment, and outside. perfect for me and my dog. Also the staff is super nice and helpful whenever something is needed.
