This company is run by incompetent people. They are dishonest and treat people poorly. The place has major cleanliness and bug issues, but in my opinion the corrupt management is its biggest problem. They tell you it's gated parking when in reality the other end of the lot has zero security. I've had my truck broken into and my catalytic converter stolen. Not a safe place! THIS PLACE IS RUN BY COMPLETE IDIOTS!

The manager ED is a good guy that does his best. This last week him and his crew have painted the inside of the elevators and have cleaned up all the vacant apartments in the building. Things could be better but I feel that management is trying there best with what they have. Thanks Ed for being understanding and helpful. IMPORTANT: Chapel View Apartments has, in the past, provided discounted rent (such as a lottery, etc.) to tenants in exchange for a positive review on Google Maps. Proceed with caution. I've been living here since February 2017 (this Google account is under a pen name). Probably one of the worst living experiences I've ever had, it's practically degrading to be here. Our hot water has been broken since last night around 8pm and we can't seem to reach the building manager, Ed, to resolve it. The building is unsafe, unclean, and not the type of place I would invite anyone to visit me at. We have chosen not to renew our lease and would encourage anyone looking at this property to NOT move in.

Under new management, I work here and live here. It's a fun place. Many upgrades and improvements have been made and many more in progress. We have some great neighbors here, and I love my apartment. In most high rise building people have to go all the way to the basement and fight for the use of a few washer and dryers. Not here we have a laundry room on each floor which makes it super convenient. I love this place.
