I have never had to leave a bad review for a hotel prior to now. I’ve stayed at this Drury location twice now. My first experience was great. The staff was extremely friendly. However, my second stay was a nightmare. Upon my second night with the Drury I found a bedbug crawling up the wall. I immediately packed my belongings and headed to the front desk. At this time management stated they needed to call an exterminator to determine if it was a bedbug. After doing my own research and being in property management I was able to determine it was in fact a bedbug. Management stated that she would follow up with me. However, this is a week later and still no follow up. This location has bedbug DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! They had a free breakfast so many options for the breakfast. There is a pool and there are 2. One indoor and one outdoor and you can swim underneath if you want. They also have a snack time from 5 pm to 7 pm. The staff really care about the guests. They have very good leadership and customer service skills. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at here in St. Louis

We only stayed here for one night but I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were friendly and helpful; the rooms were spacious, large, and quiet; the breakfast was delicious and there were a ton of choices; and the happy hour they offer is amazing. Everything was very clean, including the pack n play we requested for our son. We would gladly stay here again and probably will in the future. The location is also great and there's plenty of parking.
