They are not honest people and don't stick to what they say. When we asked for our deposit back,the manager called us making us agree to come look at what they could offer. Once there, my husband fell out of the doorway of a trailer after climbing a ladder because they didn't have steps for us to even look into their homes. Now their insurance company is saying they can't offer any compensation for his time missed from work ( broke his foot and busted his head open when he fell out of doorway) until his broken foot heals and he can return to work. I will never go back to Clayton homes again.

Sorry No stars I HATE my Clayton home. Thought they would stand behind the quality of their homes NOT so much. Once they get the money its a wrap.Had to give a 🌟.

This has been one of the worst experience I've have ever been thru poor craftsmanship and a joke to deal with . It has been a year and still having problems and fight to get anything repaired. Do not use them save your self the heartache and the money.

I would never recommend or buy another Clayton home, the home is made poorly with cheap material. And if you ever have any problems within your warranty time with Claytony homes you need to stay on top of them before it runs out., Because they will give you every excuse in the book not to come to repair your stuff. we bought our home in November of 2021 and we still have items that are not fixed. (The only reason why we went to Clayton homes cuz we we're told they were the best, that statement is not true to us)
