Nice park with a lake and magnolia trees. Paved trail, perfect for strollers and bikes. 🌳 you can go through this park into valley stream park without paying the fee to enter the park. Really cool playground and a pool for a fee. Bathrooms are by the playground. Jungle gym along the way

The Parking Lot is you need a Resident Parking Permit or Visitor Parking Pass but anybody can come and Walk Run Bike or Exercise. You can also be a Guest to a Resident if you want to use the Pool.
No fishing allowed, except once every year family fishing day is observed with restriction : "Catch & Free".
I saw a beautiful golden retriever there this morning, no one seemed to mind but I'm not sure of the actual rules.

As long as you live in the valley stream central high school district, which some parts of that are not located in valley stream, then you should be fine.
