Recently ,the hall were renovated, They did a poor job with the paint and wall paper. Boiler acts up without warning so brown water is common. They use to give notice of repairs but not recently. I believe management is selective with who they take care of... I would not recommend.

I recently moved out from my one bedroom apartment, I moved there 2013 and stayed till 2019. I loved living here and was sad to go but I was in need of more space! Jose is great and always had every issue handled quickly. Maintenance staff are nice and efficient. The area is clean and quite. It's a safe nice community. You can have a pet! You can not build terrace or deck off your apartment. Garage and parking spots are inexpensive. Keyfood is close and was recently renovated so it's a great grocery store. Your the elmont school district. They only have 1 and 2 bedrooms so not many kids. It's great place for single or older adults. Snow was always shoveled quickly!
