absolutely waste of time if you want to apply for a grant for some kind of project in India, if you included equipments and materials in your budget they will claim that they dont fund project's equipments and materials which is very odd because equipments and materials comes with the project and its part of the budget, so dont waste your time just try some another organization with more sense and logic.
