The worst experience you can have. They lie, they steal and have no respect for the residents. They do not honor the Residents Bill of Rights. If you just need a place to “store” someone you don’t really care about, this is the place. If I could give them less then a star, I would. Anyplace is better then this place.

If I could give a zero star as a review I would because of how disgusted I am with this facility and how my aunt has been treated here. Neglect of the elderly is what is happening at this facility . The excuse is that there is only one nurse for 20 patients , and this is ridiculous. The patients here do not receive the attention and care any human being deserves . I will be contacting the state and express my concern with this disgrace of a facility . This facility needs to be evaluated and the neglect of these patients has to be stopped.

Where do I even begin? This place doesn’t look clean, some of the staff are rude to the patients, and there has been moments were there weren’t enough nurses. My Uncle ended up in the hospital 6 times do to getting hurt “under their supervision” on top of the health issues he already had. He passed away. I truly believe if he were staying elsewhere he would still be alive. Don’t make the same mistake. Don’t let your loved ones stay here, it’s inhumane.

My brother is currently at this facility after a long battle with his lungs, being on a vent. When we first arrived I was not pleased with the room and the bed he was placed in. I called the case worker who in turned called the head of nursing. They were very accommodating and changed his bed immediately. I was surprised because we arrived well after visiting hours and the staff worked hard that night to make sure he was comfortable. The next day he was moved to a better room. If you bring something to their attention, they try their hardest to make it better. Physical therapy is AMAZING!!! Dina and Rochelle are God sent!!!! Getting my brother back on his feet after 5 long months of being bed ridden…. He looks forward to getting out of the room. The gym brings him a sense of normalacy!! Words can’t express gratitude to these ladies, and when they give you a time of arrival, honey they mean it! They are ON TIME! Now the kitchen staff could use a lot of work!! They send a menu with one thing but the actual food is another! Very shameful. Overall I would recommend Alaris @ the Chateau.
