waited on the phone trying to get a prescription transferred and the pharmacist picked up no less than 5 times only to immediately put me back on the waiting dial. i don't really see how that's acceptable.

Call Walgreens to make an appointment for the covid vaccine for my daughter and was told to come to the store. Waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told that they don't give vaccines to people under 12. Very disappointed.

The pharmacy closes at 6pm. They aren’t updating their Walgreens site with correct hours.

My only complaint is that the wait times to pick up (or drop off if you do not do it online or by phone) are unreasonably long. You have to spend an inordinate amount of time there, 20 minutes or 1/2 hour are not uncommon. Sometimes I turn around and decide I will try the next day. If a hurricane hits and you have put off picking up because of the unreasonable wait, the store is now closed for a week, and I am out of my heart medication. Let's hope for the best.
