Didn't have a bad experience with this CVS, it was conveniently located right around the corner from the Roosevelt Hotel. It was a short walking distance and our go-to spot for all the things that we needed while in New Orleans. We didn't have any problems checking out using the self checkout kiosk.

The self checkout machines need to be updated in some kind of way. Replaced maybe. The bags at checkout are also ridiculously small. It's very inconvenient.

Needed a few last minute things I forgot. Staff was very helpful to find me what I needed. A little pricey but you pay for the convenience. Close to hotels and right off the rail cars

My question is why I spend over a hundred dollars and they have a public rest room but the manger did not allow me to use it. I'm not understanding why he don't follow the law?
