I prepaid for a rental and was then told five minutes before scheduled pickup that they had no cars and I would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half, no discount of any kind was offered. Upset the plans I had for the day, which is why I needed the car in the first place.

They scheduled me for a rental car at the same time that the place was closing. Long story short I never got my rental and missed my trip due to this blooper on the company's lack of communication and punctuality. Sad very sad company to do business with. Rude employees are also a part of my experience as well.

Nastiest sports car rental I've ever purchased. Wife picked the car up on a beautiful day and we had to take it to the car wash before we left town. The door had a sticky red substance, dirt and food crumbs were all in the seat as well. Didn't plan on leaving a review or I would have taken more pictures.

I rented a car for one day. Picked it up at 9AM and dropped it off at the Budget lot in perfect condition the same night at 6PM. Two weeks later, I'm blindsided by a bill for $900 for repairs to a scuff on the bumper that happened in their parking lot. For all I know, the damage happened when their staff was moving cars around the next morning.
