'My rental was not available for the time I asked'. I went online to book my reservation, online said that the I-10 Service road in New Orleans had 5 vehicles that were in stock, and when I got there they informed me that they did not have any until Monday the day I was to return it. After about 30mins, the supervisor can out with keys saying that this is all we have. it was a matchbox. Needed to get on the road I took it. Now, this was a Friday evening. On the road driving a light came on indicating something is wrong with the tire. mind you before I left the rental place told me that the car need an oil change but I will be ok. the next day I brought the car back for them to check the tire. Needless to say, I was very dissatisfied. Before you book any reservation online call the place you want to pick up from.

Don't even know who you are but I don't work for no dam enterprise rental
I haven't had the opportunity to get a weekend special. Please post the info for us, if you can.
Current valid driver's license, proof of insurance or you will have to buy their coverage, credit card with enough available balance equal to the rental fee. Same for all major car rental companies.
The time depends on the time of day. If you sail on Sunday night, 20 minutes would be close. If you can, look at a map. The downtown area is in the middle. MSY, Is located on the West side of the city and this Enterprise location on the East. Hope this helps.
Unfortunately not everyday is a great day at any business. Without knowing the background, there could be various reasons as to why things happened as they did. I have dealt with multiple locations within the city of New Orleans and in Harvey. Each time was different but I can say that they were professional and tried to make right any issues.
Smaller/Economy models are the least expensive. Ask for a discount! All they can do is say no!
