12-3-18 I called to get picked around 2:40 pm I was on hold for 18mins. When enterprise finally answered I was told that they was gonna pick me up around 3:05 pm they took so long Toyota drop me off to them then once I made it there I waited.....

Unfortunately not everyday is a great day at any business. Without knowing the background, there could be various reasons as to why things happened as they did. I have dealt with multiple locations within the city of New Orleans and in Harvey. Each time was different but I can say that they were professional and tried to make right any issues.

They must be really short-handed... I have always had great service.
