When I first walked into the business I didn't know what I wanted but I explained where I was going and she suggested and I Loved my hair ❤️. So did my son and husband 😁. I will never go to NOLABraider again! I was beyond dissatisfied with both of my visits at the Slidell, LA. location . Firstly, the employees are high unprofessional. Namely Crystalyn who was incredibly rude. I gave them another chance but I was even more disappointed after this experience. My hair is unsatisfactory mostly due to the laziness of the stylist Mame who chose to put large parts in my hair which I am not fond of. I followed the instructions per the website on bring 9 packs of hair but Mame only used 4 1/2 for my Havana twists. I don’t like my hair at all what a mess I am very disappointed with the results! My money was wasted on both the style and the hair. I will not be returning for a third time!

Dwana does not know how to hair when I left the shop my hair looked awful It was still wet. Never again smh. It didn’t even look like my hair was even retwisted at all. She played in my hair!
