WOW! We visited this outfit last summer and this summer when the project we originally planned fell through, we came back. Still beautiful units in process and all the craftsman make themselves available to answer our questions. We are sold and purchased three of their cedar cabins. So very happy with their unique and beautiful craftsmanship in their cedar cabins and can’t wait for ours....💜

Worst service ever. No quality control. Employees are rude and just all around bad business. Terribly built doesn’t last.

This is a great place with some great people. I went to look at tiny homes and fell in love with one. I'm working now to make it my new home. These places are incredibly well crafted, can't say enough about the skill and eye for esthetics that goes into creating these gems. Then we come to the very fair pricing... I was very surprised by just how much you get for your money here. If you're in the market for a tiny home, I definitely recommend you start here to get an understanding for how they feel inside and the features they come with. Dave is a great guy to work with. If the builders, I've only met Tim and Mark, and they are friendly, professional, and know what they're talking about.

My advice as a professional in the building trade, presently as an electrician and previously a carpenter, is don’t get anywhere near these guys. I have a customer who had them build a doublewide for him. Instead of moving in a completed building, they brought a floor in and proceeded to build the house on top of it. They coerced my customer into pulling a homeowner’s permit for the electrical and plumbing, then wired and plumbed it themselves with extremely poor results. They failed their rough in inspection and proceeded to finish the building. Then my customer tried to get a finish inspection and failed that one too. So I was asked to help him correct the issues which I did. Then there was the floor heat circuit that kept tripping the circuit breaker because it had way too much floor heat attached. When it burned up the contacts on the thermostat I was called in to replace it. I found individual conductors connecting the floor heat mats together which were not in a raceway running behind the baseboard trim. The only option I had without tearing up the entire floor was to hook the circuit up so it is running on 120 volts instead of 240, which uses half the amperage but only puts out a quarter the wattage. I found can lights in his closet that had been modified to fit in a narrow cavity by trimming them with a tin snip, and were connected with lamp cord which should never be concealed in a wall. At one point there was a stench in his back entrance; a sewage smell. I checked into it for him since I was there, and found a drain for his washer and water heater and such that they had neglected to install a P-trap in! My customer was long suffering until almost a year later when the roof started leaking on his bed in the master bedroom... If time permitted I could say more, but suffice it to say it seemed like these guys were interested in money and lots of it, whether or not they got it honestly. I certainly would never consider dealing with them.
