My doctor is very nice, however I can never seem to get on the phone with Anyone In this department!!! And when I do they transfer me to someone else until they take my info have me leave a message and say they’ll get back to me and never do, super unprofessional

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! NEVER can get in touch with a nurse there. I’ve called and left detailed messages on several occasions and no return calls. Unfortunately was an emergency situation in the ER that brought me to using this office, and 4 surgeries, 5 stents later still in tremendous pain and getting reoccurring infections and STILL NO CALLS BACK!!!! My advice.......go somewhere else!!!!

HORRIBLE !! HORRIBLE !! Mulligan should be ashamed to call himself a doctor. Waited 6 weeks to see him. Waited 35 minutes in the exam room, he then wanted to send in a PA to examine me. When I requested to see Mulligan I waited another 10 minutes for him. He spent a total of 6 minutes with me and did not answer any questions that I had. I am staying away from Geisinger.
