Been trucking 6 years and have been here for about 4 months and can say with confidence that this is the company to drive for. Almost all of the people in the office are former drivers, or their parents were. They understand how working over the road works. Lynden the driver Manager is an absolutely awesome guy too. Really, the communication is great, 99% there is no broker to deal with. They almost never call you, they don't force dispatch either. The medical insurance here rocks too. I really can't say enough good things about these people at Kennesaw transportation. I'm honestly yet to have even one negative experience on their end. They go above and beyond. Do yourselves a favor, come work for Kennesaw transportation. -Brennon M.

Kennesaw is the BEST company I have ever worked for. They know me and my wife (who doesn't even drive). They care about their drivers. You can feel it when you walk in orientation and it follows you every where you go. They CARE about ALL employees and it shows. It's refreshing to see that humble loyal caring people still exists...........

Yes there is a sign in bonus as well as vacation pay and 5 year seniority bonus. Give them a call tell them the Luckys sent you. It is a good place to work.
They run north/south mostly but also east/west to California
You have to have 6 months OTR experience first. If not they will put you with a trainer for a few weeks .
No Heartland is not a sister company. Kennesaw is our own independent company. We do not run the northeast. We run from Georgia to the northwest and west coast, then back to the Southeast.
As often as you want and they're good about giving you what you need. The key is communication.

I went and the guy made me sleep in top bunc going down the road. He was supposed to be training me but he stayed in the sleeper. I didn't get no sleep no radio to listen to and when I got out of truck for safety they said I violated a company policy

It's a bit cheaper than the industry standard. Good coverage.
