I've had multiple high value packages "lost" at this location. The packages that I have received have often been opened. Guess no one there needed my maternity support belt after opening it, but they sure needed a baby dresser and a game console.

Terrible! My Target shipment never arrived. I received a notification that a delivery attempt was made, yet no attempts were made. A few days later I made an effort to track the package again through the Fed Ex tracking link in the email I received and the tracking number was invalid. It was almost as if the package never existed. While waiting anxiously for the package still, trying to remain hopeful, I made a call to the Austell customer service line.They broke the news to me that the package was lost/damaged and recommended that I request a refund or for the items to be reshipped. Looking at the other reviews, I will just go pick my items up from the store next time because itβs likely this will happen again.

This Austell location needs to be PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I ordered an iPhone 14; they stole it from inside the box, marked it as delivered and dropped the empty box in front of my door. Went online to track it. They said I signed for the package. Lies Lies Lies!!! SHIPPER BEWARE!!!! You can clearly see the box was tampered with. They added clear tape over the brown tape the shipper packaged it with. Had to file a claim. DO NOT USE THIS FEDEX LOCATION TO SHIP NOR RECEIVE PACKAGES. THEY STEAL LOTS OF ELECTRONICS DEVICES AND MORE.

Never receive delivery on time. My last delivery has been scheduled for delivery 4 different days Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Monday now schedule for today Tuesday!!π€―

That's what I've been saying too. Why do the retailers allow this. They should be refusing to ship with FedEx. Also, why aren't consumers allowed to choose the company that ships the packages? Why does the store charge for shipping and then they also choose who is used?
I agree with you they had me waiting at the front desk for 40 min, multiple people saw me but no one acknowledged me even after I asked. I got hung up on at the pick up office as well they were very unprofessional and I would love the number to their corporate offices
I ordered 4 rims. 3 of them were delivered. The 4th rim is at the location but hasn't been delivered in 2 weeks. Something is horribly at this location and it all starts with poor incompetent management.

I cannot FEDEX. None of my packages arrive on the scheduled date and it says pending delivery for a week now. Bring me my damn package.
Soooooo, this is a regular thing!!!! My package was to be divered Thurs, 17, did not receive and there is no update when it will be delivered!!! I hate companies like this!!! I hope they go out of business and are all unemployed!!

Spoke with a rep from corporate and they acknowledged issues at the Austell location. Stating is a volume problem. If they keep up with this I don't think volume will be an issue.

You have to either get your direct managers cell number or the number to HR, but HR is only in during certain hours. Since you cannot take your cell phone in to work, give your boss your cell phone number and ask them to text you so you can save it.

Start the claim process. This is the worst terminal and have had issues for years and FedEx will not get a grip on the problem. I have had several Issues with them

I hate when ppl respond with dumb... answers to questions "Where are the packages going" what does that matter. Its as if they think they can snap their fingers and change the fact that your package is stuck in Austell rn.

Quality Assurance would be your best option, try to get in touch with that department.
There are several departments on site at work around the clock. Each departments. Manager is responsible in some large part to assuring delivery of package and handling of package in the various states of process and delivery... it is a large and daunting task, which is why it requires several managers on site always...!
This location services 42 area code in cobb, and has also taken on the logistics of other delivery services that have consolidated due to covid, it will simply be a matter of time.. it is a larger equation now.
If you are lucky, 3 days late. I have seen delays of a couple of weeks to over a month.
tbh if your package never came it probably lost in the FedEx system. packages lost in the system are gone forever.

It's not that they are holding it. It just may not be there. Contact the company you ordered it from and let them know it possibly was stolen

My package has been sitting in the Austell location for 3 days with no update. This is after it sat in Kennesaw for 4 days. So it's been 15 miles from my house on either side for a week with zero updates on actually delivering it. Does Fed Ex DELIVER stuff or is it a storage unit???? Extremely frustrated. And don't bother calling. They just lie and say it is on its way for delivery when it is NOT.
They need help desperately .... But if they treat their employees like they treat their customers....You better watch out
