We showed up at 1:45 and waited an hour and no one even bothered to show up. We called countless times and nothing. There was no sign on the door or anything stating they wouldn’t be opened for the day. Horrible way to run a business! The website said they would be open and so we drove over an hour to get there just to sit and wait for nothing. Would highly recommend NOT going to this place. Absolutely ridiculous. Needs better management and ownership.

I am a person who spends time looking for the best price. After taking time to shop around for a dw home and finding the one that I wanted I asked the dealer in dalton what is the best price, he said that if he had to work to get my business he did not need my business. So I went to award mobile homes in jasper told Brian the house I was looking at and he priced the same house for about 20 thousand dollars cheaper than all of the other lots and I purchased the house and told him when I needed it to be on my lot and it was ordered and delivered when I asked,Brian did everything he said he would and more the service people was very professional not only ,am I happy I also have a beautiful home, with money in my pocket thanks alot for the great service and honesty. He gave my daughter a price for a home with a signed purchase agreement but when it came time to order her house, he refused to honor the contract and charged them more for less. He had not ordered it when they gave their deposit. To get into thelr house, he ended up selling them a lot model which wasn't what they had ordered. The frame was bent and he has been one of the shadiest busissmen to deal with I've ever seen.
