I’ve never regret working anywhere else more than the Dingley Press. From the first day you’re here, you’ll notice the work culture is extremely toxic. You’ll get blindly placed in front of machinery with no hands on training. Your best bet is get lucky and be placed next to a co worker that cares enough to actually show you how to do your job. (You’re great Tyler!) Human Resources cares very little about how their employees are treated daily and have also reached out on other’s reviews claiming they would try and solve some of these problems, but after even a couple years the same exact toxic work culture persists. All in all I’d say if you do have to work here, DO NOT stop looking for work. Do not take screaming from the supervisors here, simply demand they train you, but be careful, I did that and I’m no longer employed here.

I have worked with Dingley on three annual catalogs for our company and every year, working with the team there gets better and better! From the beginning to the end of the process, working with the team there has been seamless and enjoyable. Even when I felt that I was doing everything wrong (or let text and graphics run outside the safety lines), they always offered solutions and gave the time to make the changes. We have already received so many compliments on the catalog, including how we are the first to get ours out over our competitors (something we aim for every year!). In this wild pandemic world, it was refreshing to get updates on printing and mailing in real-time from the team at Dingley. Let's not forget the quality of the print! Vibrant colors, seamless perfect binding, and perfect paper cuts make the final product everything we envisioned during the design process, and more.

Be shift is not 3 to 11 its 7pm to 7am, sunday through Tuesday and then on pay week it's Sunday to Wednesday. They go through a lot of people to. And if you are not the right person ie:color. Then they don't treat you as well. That's the truth about The Dingley Press.
