We bought a washer and dryer from this place within 10 days the water pump went out. They said they could come out 21 days later to repair it. I understand they are short staffed so we offered to bring to them or install the pump ourselves if they would provide it. They said to bring it to them and they would trade it for a different one so we did. My husband was bringing it to the edge of the truck bed to help them unload it. It received some minor scuffing. The washer they traded us is scratched dented ugly and definitely cheaper than what I had already bought but we have already been without a washer for 2 weeks now. While doing this trade out the woman and her helper decided it was time to make fun of my husband and our southern accents simply because the broken machine she sold us got a scuff mark.so they will never get money from me again.

Super professional super down to earth and kind. Rather they had what I needed or not I will always check with them before looking else where. And I got to hug two puppies can't beat that. You guys thank you lots.

Excellent place with great machines, 90 day warranty, they not only delivered for a VERY nominal fee because it's on the second floor BUT they will hook up a washer and dryer. Wicked friendly in the store, 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We stopped here to get a washer dryer set. After looking around they came out with a dryer we really liked. I asked the owner if he had a matching washer which he had in the back. He let us see it. Had a little shipping damage but looked good. He gave us a great price and tested the washer to be sure it was working good. I went back later to pickup and they had two guys haul them out and load them. Quick and easy, the machines are working great and the service was awesome.
