I haven’t been to this office since 2020. Got a cleaning and paid out of pocket for the gingivitis test. I had insurance that covered everything in office. I was told I needed a crown ($1200 before insurance), but moved out of the area. Come to find out, the next dentist told me the tooth was split and a crown would not fix it. The tooth would break off. So, I would have wasted alot of money. Months later, end of 2020 beginning of 2021, I get a bill for $88. So I called. I was told by the billing coordinator to disregard that bill everything was covered and I had no outstanding balance. I said OK I wanted to make sure please send me something saying that because it would be very upsetting if this hit my credit down the road. Well lo and behold here we are in September of 2022, and I have a new collection, the only collection on my credit report for $88 from dental partners of Lewisburg! I have now called three times and spoke with someone who relayed a message to an office manager or a billing coordinator to call me back and I’ve also left two or three voicemails this in the past month. I cannot get anyone to return my call send me a bill prove that I owe them anything and now this is on my credit and has dropped my credit score. This place is a complete joke and if you think otherwise you’re getting ripped off.

Worst place. Rude unperfectional. Terrible with kids no regard for what the parent wants. 1000 percent would not recommend.
