There is basically a waiting list. You can only stay here for 90 days. Only mothers and children. Weekly meetings about your progress towards finding housing.
I have some awesome ideas on how to help women without children. I have researched a lot. It will be available sooner than later. My heart goes out to you ladies in abusive situations. God knows and he is working on this so that his daughters will have another option. He doesn't want anyone to live in fear. His soldiers are coming together stronger than ever. In Jesus mighty name. Amen Lord, thank you for using me,as you need me, to do your will. Thank you for guidance. Thank you for your love. Coming together in his name..

Hi Annie, Thank you for reaching out. Please have the mom call us at 706-354-0423 to check for shelter availability and so we can connect her with resources to support her and her family. Also encourage the mom to connect with the Clarke County Board of Education for her daughter's transportation to school.
Hi Imani, We are emergency shelter for families in the greater Athens area, but unfortunately there is a high demand for shelter resources in our area and we cannot guarantee that moving here would provide the shelter you're seeking. In order to access shelter for you and your family within your state we recommend that you call 211 for resources near you. If you are in an unsafe situation or need immediate safe shelter due to violence, please call 911 or ask your 211 operator for local domestic violence resources.
This is for women and children only but there are other shelters in Athens
Definitely a place to call. They have accommodation for many different situations
Yes. Best practice with any donations is to call between 8-6 on a weekday just to confirm need but we generally will always accept hygiene products.
Yes i think that'd be great. Go for it
