Arrive 20 minutes early to wait in my car another 45 minutes past my appointment time to be put in a room given dilation drops and wait another 50 minutes. the numbing drops wore off bythe time my eye was being probed. the doctor is very rude didnt even introduce himself his bedside manneris terable. He has the nerve to snap at me for looking the wrong direction wial there are items in and around my eye i also heard the snide comments he made to the assistant behind my back. I'm not deff, I am never returning.
