I was disappointed that when I took my vehicle to the repair shop the rental was not available. Neither my insurance nor Enterprise informed me that because the reservation was to start 30 days after my reported incident, it was cancelled. I had to make other arrangements for delivery later in the day. That was very poor customer service. Enterprise should have let me know that I needed to start the reservation process over by contacting my insurance company. Which is to say that the insurance company should also have contacted me to say I need to restart the process.

Made a reservation by phone… was told price and everything and there was a car available. I got there to Atlanta hwy location and was told none available. My car was broken down… had to catch a ride .. son in hospital.. it doesn’t mean anything being a plus member.. I’m so disappointed with customer service

Don't understand
They have a drop box, as long as it's returned by the morning, I know I just returned mine last week late at night
Credit card and Driver's license is required. Not sure about pick up and drop off
Yes but they are going to hold a deposit as well as rental funds

Yes. You would need to lock the vehicle and place the keys in the drop-box on the side of the building which sends them inside. You may continue to be charged rental fees until your vehicle can be properly checked in by an employee.
