Highly recommend! I felt I needed to leave one based on my experience. I recently had hair transplant due to alopecia and while that went very well (resisted for many years while trying to find other options!), I realized I had a business trip planned for the next week and wanted to look better while my scalp healed. I stopped in Kia couldn't have been any nicer to me! She showed me around and explained how they work and I made an appt. to return the following week. I went and met with Kia. She was fantastic! I explained my situation and that I wanted something temporary to use while I continued to heal. We worked together it was a private room and she made the entire experience comfortable and FUN! We tried a few different styles and then quickly found one that suited my needs. I really like it! It looks so natural like its growing from my own scalp. its very comfortable. It's be nice to be able to take care of my scalp AND still look great for my business trip. Cnfidence restored! So many compliments. I'll probably end up wearing more than I originally anticipated! There was never any pressure to buy and we stayed at the lower end of the budget since I knew this was not a permanent solution for me. Kia explained the pros and cons of human hair fiber blend versus 100% natural human hair wigs, such as cost, ease of styling and maintenance, etc She was able to quickly find a style and color that worked well for me! We laughed and played and it was a great experience. I'm also pretty impressed with the quality (I chose to go with a human hair fiber blend option due to my needs/budget) and honestly - when I sent pictures to people, they couldn't tell the difference! I would highly recommend visiting here whenever you may need a wig or hairpiece for whatever reason. I was nervous to do this at first but I was quickly put at ease. I loved working with Kia and would also recommend visiting with her if you go. Update: FYI Heat takes VERY well and went right back to normal, I constantly get compliments when I wear this and I feel like the longevity is good! I get the permanant install and it last for over a month when she does it for me. I think I may order a longer length next time. Althoough this is their budget friendly Still barely no shedding! Super happy with this purchase.

Negative Review: On March 12, Kia installed a wig unit for my wedding on March 21. The unit was installed with tape, as well as with an adhesive, which I thought was overkill. However, since this was my first experience with an install and I needed a new hairstyle before my wedding, I consented. Within a few days, my skin was on fire and I was in tears. I called incessantly, left voice mail messages, asking for help 3 days before my wedding. I even made an appt online, thinking that maybe she ignored my messages because she wanted me to pay. In desperation, I made an online appt and she subsequently canceled in which I didn't receive this cancellation before I traveled to her location only to discover no one was there. She could have at least returned my phone calls. I literally sat in the parking lot in tears, not sure what to do. I was so hurt that she didn't respond to my emergency. I started googling in the parking lot... Praise God, He led me to LaTina at Flawless Beauty in Lawrenceville. God heard my plea and place the right person in my path to fix this mess! LaTina felt sorry for me and had me to come in asap. She carefully removed the unit only to find open abrasions along my hairline. Because my wedding was days away, she suggested to place a new unit just passed the abrasions with an adhesive for sensitive skin. It was a success and LaTina at Flawless Beauty was a life-saver. I am an advocate for honest reviews and this situation warranted truth for other potential clients to know how Kia lacks empathy, thoughtfulness, professionalism, and compassion and only cares about money, and not her clients.
