Pioneer use to be a 4+ star. However with the new staff and now the new process its a 2 at best. It is not conducive to the client to have to grab things off of a high rack nor can you easily see the items without picking up the package to view the picture of the content. The original gallery style wholesale held them at a different level. Not enough space to discuss the women side customer service.

Well I just ordered from them yesterday and I recieved a message from ups that my package will be delivered on the 13th so I'm excited to recieve the itemsss the shipping doesn't take long good customer service so far and as a new business owner it's been hard to find a wholesaler company that has fast shipping! So I definitely will be ordering again from them and I definitely recommend for anyone who's just starting off as a new business owner or someone looking to buy fair priced items to shop with them!

Most products that sell out will not be restocked. However, on occasion we do restock extremely popular. Please call the showroom directly if you'd like to know the status of a specific item.
If you create an account online 1st and then go to the store and purchase a minimum of 6 pieces they won't ask for it. They will just pull up your online account. Hope that helps
