Nice room. Great location a block from baseball stadium on Riverwalk. Dog friendly. Beds a little soft for me. Parking can be a hassle ($25 valet, $5 behind restaurant across intersection, or metered street parking if you can find it free on weekends). Breakfast eggs went early and weren't refilled. All seemed to love the little waffles.

The employees were professional, and inside of the hotel lobby looks really good. Despite the orange juice tasting like orange water, the breakfast was tasty! The room was a nice size, but the bathroom was outdated. The top of the door was rusting, and the ceiling was peeling. The worst part was that shower would not get hot. I had it turned all the way on hot, and I let it run for a while since we were on the ninth floor, but that did not help.

One of the cleanest and friendliest hotel staff we have stayed in. We were kept up to date on the status of our room in regards to when it would be ready. The complementary breakfast was an added bonus as most places only serve cold pastries and/or cereal, not here...there was waffles, eggs, and pastries. Additionally, we left a few items behind and the staff was quick to locate and hold the items until we were able to retrieve them. Great hotel and awesome staff.

Rooms were nice and clean, customer service was good. Parking is limited for self parking, only street parking available so had to use vallet parking which is $25 a day plus tip. Location is great and there are several restaurants near hotel. Downtown Montgomery has improved however there are still issues with vagrants. Was approached twice in one night and once during loading vehicle after checkout right outside of hotel for money. As a single female traveling this is a concern for safety.
