I am very disappointed waiting two months almost three to find out i was not able to receive the help i needed I sent everything in to one person then i got switched to another which had no idea of what as going on i was threatened three months in a row about getting turned over to attorneys and then i would owe even more than my rent late fees and attorney fees, i did not renew my lease due to covid being laid off i was told that they would pay the back rent which didn't happened due to the length of getting the info and then they new i had been borrowing the money from friend and relatives i owe back what they would have paid and know i get nothing to help me . How fair is this had two friend get there's paid in a week can you explain and tell me why of course i am white. If your in the same race don't look forward to getting their help. I have reported them to the governor, mayor, and all they did not help the people in need they pick and choose
