I loved living here. The leasing manager, Toni, is amazing! She always makes sure you feel welcome and happy whenever she sees you, and she does a great job explaining everything in terms of leasing and amenities. The maintenance here is also amazing. Caleb always did an effective and thorough job whenever he came to fix stuff. This place is a really nice community with nice neighbors and excellent staff. Plus, the apartments are super spacious with lots of storage. Great quality for a great price. Highly recommend living here! Also a decent drive from Indiana State’s campus, only about 10 minutes.

Deposit has to be paid in full at the time the apartment is available if not then they will move to the next person all utilities included except electric 1 bedroom cost $500 or $565 depending on which one you qualify for deposit is $350 for a one bedroom
