This is a great place. Beautiful community with beautiful people. Residents are happy with no complaints and in my experience they would tell you if they had any. The little things are noticed that make this place well thought out and asthetically pleasing and shows pride for this facility and its residents. Workers here need more effort from management to help with retention as this is important to continuity of care. They need to listen and provide honest feedback most importantly they need to honestly act upon issues to better progression into a more stable and happy staff for these residents. Times are busy and duties are far too many for all but when you value your team things tend to work out easily and make a facility very hard to compete with. Do what it takes to keep your residents and their families and the team moving forward and positive and things will work out on their own.
