Absolutely horrible! I understand that it's tough times. I understand it's a delicate business. For CHRIST SAKE do your job. Don't question doctor's prescriptions unless you have reason to. Don't cause your customers to have to do your job. The ridiculous waiting lines, the angry fellow customers, are enough to endure. You should at the very least be helpful.
