Cherie Miller and her employee Madelaine Lavoie have two listings on loopnet in joshua tree and twenty nine palms. They never returned our inquires to purchase. The joshua tree property is in escrow, yet Cherie will not reply and take back up offers. You are supposed to do everything you can for a seller/client. And the twenty nine palms property no reply. Three people on that listing including the owne Cherie Miller, and not one reply. Avoid as a seller and buyer.
