They only do the request for replacement Social Security card via online now, so I’m not sure what the difference is between them doing it and you doing it -although the hours state open until 4:00- do not get there within 10-15 minutes of closing because you will be told to come back the next day and locked out. I called ahead of time and asked if we needed an appt and this wasn’t disclosed. I also was hung up on before I could even get the phone away from my ear without any “Thank you, have a good day being heard from me to them”- basically cut off and disconnected. I didn’t even expect one back, but the level of rudeness was very apparent and honestly quite disappointing.

These people have made my father’s life into a nightmare. They claim to help but we have yet to see results.

Stopped here to get some issues cleared up with SS. Talked to Monica. What a pleasure it was. She was knowledgeable, professional and patient. She really knew her job. Thank You Monica.

Good morning. Yes you can. Be sure that you bring your social security card and a valid I.d. and the fine folks at the social security office can fix you up. Hope that answers your question?
Call the office or apply online
Hours posted on door: Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday hours are 9am- 4pm. Wednesdays are 9-12 noon. Writing this as I wait thinking I needed to be here before 8am to beat the crowd.
Hello. You'll need to make contact with the office by phone or show up in person for them to update your information for you for direct deposit.
Go to the post office and do a change of address to reroute your mail to your new address!
You'd be better off looking them up online. If you have their full name and last known address you can start there.
Not that I'm aware of Sir. Especially if it's the 1st time your card has been lost or stolen. Hope that answers your question?
