Attempted to Changed my address in January after moving, case manager didn't enter the information. Moved again and attempted to change my address in April, again the case manager didn't change my address information correctly and fot rude with me asking why I haven't changed my information. Had to go to dhs and report adult abuse and have dhs call the Philadelphia ms office to get anything done. Social security office treated me like a criminal and again accused me of not updating my information. They treat people with brain conditions like criminal. Ms greer .
