I just now called the ssi office to try to get a new card for my benefits. Before I could get my question out, the man hung up on me. If a person does not like their job, they should get a different one. If you have problems at home, leave them there. But don't do what he did. Rude as he wanted to be. He doesn't know what im going thru after the tornado last weekend here. If he's going thru something, I certainly can't sympathize after how unprofessional he was. Then when I tried to call back there was no answer at all. We are all having a hard time in our community people. If your job is to help people... then help. If you can't manage to do that then get a new job. That's it. I'll just call the main office in a minute. See how that goes.
