I called and the lady was very rude and she didn't know how to do her job ! Once I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor , she hung up on me at 10:02 am. All I want is a social security card !!! Time to fire these people and get the ones that want to work and knows how to be polite !!!!

Was pleasantly surprised. Had an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all. The gentleman who handled my appointment was friendly, helpful, and took care of everything very efficiently. I was out in no time with everything being handled. If I ever have to go back, I hope I get this gentleman again.

Never have i ever been so appauled at a government official worker in my life. The woman with short hair was the rudest woman I have ever met in my life. She made me feel belittled because I receive survivor benefits. Because my dad commited suicide I do not try or milk this or asked to have my dad committ suicide to receive government benefits. No one should talk to a survivor like this. If -5 stars was an option that's what I would give this place. The woman with short hair should not be in business with any corporation or anything. Definetly not a government regulated place that is supposed to be a place of respect.
