I cannot adequately praise Denise who was working the front desk recently. We had flight issues in Chicago that were so bad we decided to drive home to Little Rock. Not realizing June meant no hotel rooms would be available(weddings), we called around as we drove looking for a room. Nothing was available. We pulled up to this hotel hopeful. Denise went above and beyond to get us in a room someone didn’t show up for. This was at 3am! She was SO helpful and professional. If the rest of the staff is half as great as Denise, this place is heaven.

Rooms were not what you expect from a Hilton. Over bed spread was dirty.. Old heating n air units still in the rooms and all bent up unsightly stained I'm the floor.. Staff was great, friendly, informative, quickly righting wrongs as best they could. The price for the rooms should include coffee, juice, milk ,cereal, danish .. That's the only place too stay, so it should be kept up better. Also for elderly guests n disabiled guest sometime should help them with their luggage...Thanks,Frankie Thomas Carver

Rooms are amazing checking in is super easy staff is great as usual. always smells and is very clean. They are amazingly friendly with well behaved dogs... Safe grass area for them to run around I would have to say this is my favorite hotel in the entire kankakee and Iroquois county area great job guys great job

Located just off the highway, I saw the hotel sign right away in spite of it being a very dark, rainy night. Check in was fast. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean and well stocked. Water pressure was low and ac/ heater unit occasionally made weird noisesso minus 1 star there. Nice pool area with extended hours 5a-11p (great when you've been on the road all day and your kids need to burn off energy). Max depth was 4'3". There is a hot tub. It was not open while we were there but could easily seat 4 adults. Breakfast was a to-go bag so we did not partake as everyone wanted a hot breakfast. There are lots of options nearby if you're in the same boat. Hopefully they will have hot breakfast again soon as this is a feature we favor while selecting our hotels. Overall very nice accommodations and I recommend staying there if passing through Kankakee.
