Filed the same proof of service three times, WITH verification from the court that it was received and filed. But that was apparently a lie, seeing as how my motion was just denied because they "never received" the same paper I've filed with them THREE TIMES. Updating two weeks later: They have lost the same paper again. At this rate, I will be dead before this paper is filed and this case won't matter anymore.

Ciearra is amazing! She helped me with a crazy situation, immediately! I appreciate her so much.

I was very happy with my experience here. I came to file my petition for name change and the clerk was super nice and helpful going above and beyond to help me make sure my papers were in order. I came in nervous, worried and confused. I left informed, excited and optimistic. Will update as I go through all the court process here. Fingers crossed! ^v^ PS: also the security at the front was very polite and friendly, and they were quick.

Mr. Sanchez deserves better. I hope he cleans out all the dirty money your court has pulled in illegally. Obviously this judge was picked on in high-school and is now taking it out on people.

The front desk on the first floor

If it is via video chat. They will send you a link so you can connect it . If it is via phone they will send you a phone number and a code so you can enter thru phone call
If restitution has been ordered in a criminal case, the court would have directed where to make payment. Otherwise, you can make payment at the clerk's window on the main floor. A defendant may also be directed by a probation officer where to make payment, if on formal probation. I'm assuming this is a criminal case as you are referencing restitution and not a civil judgment from a civil case.
You could request a court transcript or attend in person
Every judge has their own calendar. They're online
